From Soldier to Adventurer
Paul has spent 35 remarkable years achieving the pinnacle of his career with 22 years in serving in a Specialist Military Unit (SMU), covering a variety of job roles, having faced many enemies and environments. But, his truly humble nature belies his significant accomplishments and the high-risk environments he has navigated. These formative experiences have shaped him into a leader, a speaker and teacher who’se every breath is worth listening to. He understands the essence of resilience and the importance of mental fortitude, having literally ’walked the walk’. This is something he now wishes to share to help others and you have the opportunity to undertake some of his professional services.

Adventurer and Explorer
He has walked to both Geographic Poles and led expeditions to Everest Base Camp. he has learnt many lessons from all of these expeditions. As part of a centenary expedition in 2011, Paul retraced the steps of pioneering explorers including Captain Scott, reaching the Geographic South Pole unsupported in 76 days. On a trek to the Geographic North Pole, which didn’t quite go to plan, he documented the alarming effects of climate change, reinforcing his commitment to preserving our planet and his passion for protecting our environment.
Mental Fitness Coach and Speaker
Paul is not just an adventurer; he is a qualified Paramedic, a teacher, a Mental Health Fitness Coach, and holds a Master’s degree in Security and Risk Management. His credentials make him one of the most credible speakers and trainers in his field. He has transitioned seamlessly into a career as a Mental Fitness Coach, motivational speaker, and co-founder of a Mental Health Training Consultancy. Paul’s coaching services are designed to help individuals and teams develop resilience, manage stress, and achieve ambitious goals. His real-world experiences provide the backbone for his practical and impactful coaching sessions.
